The experts at Fourth Strategies collaborated with the Kansas Department of Commerce (KDC) to support the creation and implementation of the CARES Act Grant Management Policy and Procedures manual. Through extensive outreach efforts, the team engaged with hundreds of grant recipients across 14 grant programs. Project management tracking tools were developed to ensure adherence to local and federal reporting standards, enabling efficient and compliant grant management. Additionally, the team facilitated document reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness. By providing comprehensive support, Fourth Strategies contributed to the effective implementation of the CARES Act Grant Management program for KDC.
